21st Street between 8th and 9th Avenues, Manhattan
This large mural is featured on the side of PS11, overlooking the Chelsea school’s playground. I REA Approve the multi-story graphic because it semi-abstractly showcases all of the world’s flags in a mosaic pattern. I think it’s fun, colorful and clever.
